This Balanced slider necklace are inspired by the Inukshuk structure of rough stones stacked in the form of a human figure, traditionally used by Inuit people as a landmark or a commemorative sign, navigation, as a point of reference, a marker for travel routes. Very common in the West Coast and Vancouver, I've designed and created this sliding pendant with sterling silver square tube, peg set aquamarine and baroque white pearl.
Aquamarine is a stone of courage. Its calming energies reduce stress and quiet the mind. Aquamarine has an affinity with sensitive people. It can invoke tolerance of others and overcomes judgmentalism, giving support to those overwhelmed by responsibility.
